Usain Bolt Hammers Home Another World Record

21 August 2009 No Comment

After clocking in an unprecendented time of 9.58 seconds in the 100 m event at the IAAF World Championships in Berlin, Usain Bolt has smashed yet another world record.

100 meter world record

200 meter world record

The self professed Manchester Untied fan improved on the previous world record by 11 hundredths of a second, setting at time of 19.19 seconds in the 200 m event. Alonso Edward from Panama trailed by almost a second, o.62 to be exact, for second place behind the Jamaican.

Also do read how any suspicion of doping (for the 100m event) has been flung out the window here.
