<p style="text-align: justify;">There is no one perfect cardio exercise out there. Basically, any activity that is able to alleviate your heart rate would do just fine.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">And its best to incorporate some fun factor into your cardio workout. If you&#8217;re not a gym person, don&#8217;t force yourself there just because you need to.  Do it because you want to.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">We suggest taking up a team sport if you enjoy mixing social activities and keeping fit in the same book. Exercising can be more effective when you&#8217;re having fun at it too.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">For many of us, a solid cardio workout 3 times a week would be ideal. And its doesn&#8217;t take long at all per day. We&#8217;re sure you can squeeze a half hour (at least) to keep yourself healthy.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">If you really have time, think about adding a weight-lifting plan (a<em>fter thorough research or with help of a professional</em>) in addition to your cardio workout plan.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Last but not least, do practice safe exercise habits and don&#8217;t forget to stretch!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>What is cardio?</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Cardio (or cardiovascular exercise or aerobic exercise) simply means engaging in an activitiy that raises your heart rate for an extended period of time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Any examples?</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Plenty! The most basic and straight forward include jogging, running, swimming etc etc.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><em>Okay, err, why should I do it?</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There is an endless list of reasons why we should all start cardio activities including:-</p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Great for burning calories and losing weight</li>
<li>Strengthen&#8217;s the heart and so its pumps blood through your body more efficiently.</li>
<li>It increases lung capacity.</li>
<li>Helps you sleep more soundly and reduces stress levels.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">So that&#8217;s what &#8220;cardio&#8221; is, in a nutshell. So know you know, why not take your first step to a healthier lifestyle today?</p>
