It’s been awhile since our last full blogpost but it feels good to be back! Although a little quiet on the blog front due to other critical commitments, we’ve been blowing it up on our Facebook fanpage with updates on the Nike Mercurial Superfly II, “knife-balancing” football boots, the FourFourTwo Carling Cup Final special and more.
So it’s especially good to kick things back into motion with a video announcement of one of Malaysia’s brightest, genuine and talented artist most commonly known as Altimet.
Just under 2 weeks ago, on the 5th of January 2009, the FFM crew were invited to the premiere screening of FourFourTwo: Road to South Africa 2010 held at SOULed Out, Hartamas.
Naturally, besides the other journalists and bloggers, the show’s entertaining hosts were on hand to make a small presentation of one of Astro’s latest offering.

As part of Nike’s collaboration with “Red” to help raise awareness about HIV and AIDS, they’ve launched special red laces under the slogan “Lace Up, Save Lives”. 100% of the profits from the sale of these laces will be channeled to both the Global Fund and other soccer-based community programmes aimed at educating people about AIDS.
