Madrid Record Win Against Deportivo La Coruna

Deportivo La Coruna proved to be stubborn opposition for the Galacticos after succeeding in responding with an equalizer to match Real Madrid’s first two goal.

Madrid captain Raul opened the scoring after latching to a delectable Kaka’ through-pass but his goal was cancelled off by Deportivo’s Riki just 4 minutes after.

Cristiano Ronaldo handed the home team back the advantage from the penalty spot for his debut La Liga goal. Again, Madrid’s goals were matched and duly struck off with yet another equalizer,  thsi time from Juan Carlos Valeron on 46 minutes.

The Los Merengues finally found a winner on the hour mark through a Lassana Diarra cracker, 25 yards out.
